Added Hamburger Menu To Personal Website

Added a hamburger menu to my personal website today. Like always got stuck on little issues, but eventually got it working.

Could definitely be improved, but for now it works and I am happy with it.

Used shadcn, and therefore tailwindcss for the styling, and lucide for the icons.

I'd like to ensure the close and open buttons are positioned correctly, but I figured I need to leave it at 80% done for now and come back to it later.

I have so much other work to do so here you go, so just a quick learning today.
